Trying to call since yesterday! placed 200+ calls, busy signal as ALWAYS! This is ridiculous service! Loosing packages, misplacing packages and terrible customer service

Grumpy employee. Doesn't seem like they want to be there. Couldn't ship my package since their tiny international cards couldn't fit an address to South Korea and they were "incapable" of typing...
