HistoryChristine Morales, RN, RYT Owner/Director Sundara-Yoga has been sharing her passion and interest in fitness, nutrition, health and wellness since before she can remember. In 1999 she started doing yoga and fell in love with the completeness of a yoga practice, the mind-body-spirit connection. She became certified and started teaching yoga in 2005. When looking for a house in Milton, FL in 2008 one of her main requirements was to have a dedicated space from which to start a home studio where she could teach yoga after her regular daytime job hours and so Sundara-Yoga was born.SpecialtiesSundara-Yoga is home based yoga studio for private and small group classes. Classes are beginner to intermediate level for healthy individuals medically cleared to exercise and participate in anywhere from mild to intense physical activity. Space is limited, must call at least 2 days in advance to reserve spot.
