The customer service is terrible, the young girl that works in the front is rude and very impatient. I've always tolerated it, but, I am definitely never taking my pets back there

Terrible customer service. I called and they asked if they could put me on hold for a minute and 10 minutes later someone picked up, said nothing and then I said "hello" I was out on hold...
