If only this facility could be avoided altogether. I have been very happy with USPS in general, but the Jacksonville facility is responsible for delayed deliveries 90% of the time.

Disappointed in service. Sent a priority mail envelope on January 3 to be delivered January 6. It is now March 20 and was not yet delivered. Had to redo and resend. :(
