Been waiting for 2 packages from UPS for a month, they've turned it over to the lost package investigators and can't locate them. Don't use this shipper, they aren't a quality carrier.

I ordered a package from Amazon and paid extra for it to be delivered on Friday which was two days before shut down for the hurricane. Post office delivered on Friday. Saw two Fed Ex trucks...
