Office in Maitland, Fl is closed permanently! No representatives. They also changed covered age after they sent out the 2025 books. I get less than what I was told. Unreal! K.Tise

I call to get replacement health cards the 1st lady I spoke to was very nice helpful and knowledgeable she knowledgeable she transferred my call to someone who could help me I told him my problem...

They are not really Professional at all, they DO NOT respond to Messages sent for more than 15 days, they do not provide help to people who pay private insurance but they do remove the money...
