The store in pelican plaza has the worst management ever. I go out of my way fie another Ulta at University in Sarasota. University has the Best Customer Service and Knows what they are doing.

Joanne is great! She has done my hair and my daughter's hair. She is a master at color and cutting. I can't say enough. It is so difficult to find a good hairstylist but she is awesome!
