Salter Marine, Inc Creek Craft Boats are "no-frills" fishing boats built for fishermen by fisherman. Our boats are built 100% by hand in order to assure consistent quality throughout the boat. We use only the finest components available including stainless nuts and bolts, as well as stainless steel piano hinges on all live wells and storage lockers. Our live wells are larger than the live wells on comparable boats. Our hand-sanding provides the total smoothness of the finish. Creek Craft Boats are built stronger to last longer. We are so confident of the quality of this boat that we cover it with a full three year warranty. Salter Marine, Inc warrants each new boat hull and deck to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of three years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser from an authorized Creek Craft dealer. Any warranty repairs, which will be upon examination by a factory authorized personnel show factory responsibility, will be made free of charge by an authorized dealer, or at the Creek Craft Boat factory in Green Cove Springs, FL. Transportation to and from the place of repair will be the responsibility of the owner. Excluded are gel coats, chrome, windshield, glass breakage and upholstery. Boats which have been altered, over powered according to maximum horsepower specifications set by the U. S. Coast Guard standards, subject to misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, improper trailering, used commercially, or for racing purposes are expressly excluded from this warranty. Salter Marine, Inc neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with Creek Craft boats. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty.
