The Department of Community Health and Family Medicine (CHFM) at the University of Florida College of Medicine, established over 40 years ago, is dedicated to enhancing education, research, and clinical practice in family medicine. CHFM offers various programs including the Family Medicine Residency, which has trained hundreds of physicians since its inception in 1973, and the Sports Medicine Fellowship, established in 2007.
