Avoid this location. Originally I had gone to the Clermont store to have my iPad screen replaced. They did not have the black screen so I went over to the Ocoee location to have it replaced....

Poor Customer Service throughout the whole staff including manager that I had to wait for on 6 different occasion to try to get a return on a screen replacement for a screen that was not utilized....
