Held my phone hostage...I had a battery put in my phone paid for it and left. Store kept calling said come back battery needs to calibrate to your phone. I went back clerk said about 20 minutes....

Not reliable, I went to get my screen fixed and upon leaving I noticed the phone was fine but later on come to find out the "replacement" glass they have was deep scratched.
