Reserved a mini van online and when we got there they said "yea we don't have one, go to the airport and ask the other companies" tried to call and request to speak to a supervisor and I'm told...

All I can say is they are not ready for prime time. Tried to tell me they don't take business auto insurance (not true). Tried to put a $2,000.00 hold on my credit card. Told them no way....

Be carful here phone numbers disconnected staff not friendly rude and would not honor reservation Ernesto was who tried to help me bu not I called Expedia to help and they still would not honor...

RUN DON'T WALK!!! U-Save is not worth it!, Problem: 1. Sketchy company 2. No management for accountability 3. Misinforming people about insurance and up selling theirs 4. LONG wait times 5....
