After serving 20 years as a US Marine, retired in 2014...Sakou moved to Florida and opened up his fitness center in Sanford Florida.

Sakou Selli has always taken a special interest in fitness. He sees it as a crucial part of a full, healthy life, which is why he's been sharing his passion with others for over 20 years. In his Sanford training center, he and his team lead both adult group training and youth athletic programs. Each class is packed with exercises for speed, agility, strength, and cardio.
