I started out cooking for family and friends and grew the business from there. I'm from Mississippi, i spent some time in Puerto Rico and been in the industry for seven years. Twisting our Roots is how we came up with the name.
Specialties
We offer fresh gourmet sandwiches. A Twist on the ordinary sandwich with unbelievably flavor mixture from the South as well as Puerto Rico.
