Twin Palms Community used to be a really nice well maintained 55+ mobile home park when it was privately owned. But the old Canadians that owned and developed it sold out to a large corporation....

The people who ha e reviewed thus park will bad mouth anything and everything. You can not please any if them, they're permanently unhappy. I have lived here over twenty years. Things change....

Poorly run. The sad typical stereotype of a trailer park. I would avoid at all cost. And the lot rent is over 640 and goes up every year

In someone else's comment, they said twin Palms is a good place to invest. I don't know how they came up with that since they only on their mobile home and not the lot and they reserve the right...

Refer to my pictures. Bought in November didn't get rules till January these rules apply to anyone the mgt doesn't like and well take a drive thru this is a pay your rent and disappear park
