On the far side of a strip mall on East Colonial Drive that has definitely seen better days sits a bar that fits right in to the feel of this old mall. Turtle Bay holds the description of a dive...

Great dive bar, cheap drinks, strong drinks, cool bar maids. My local watering hole. If you want to have a drink and be left alone then this is your spot. Usually sports are on the TVs
