Dr. Safa Tahmasebi, an expert in immediate full-mouth implant reconstruction, lectures internationally on advanced implant techniques, shaping modern implant dentistry. After earning his DDS from SUNY Buffalo in 2009, he completed a general practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center and a Master’s in Prosthodontics at West Virginia University in 2013. Dr. Tahmasebi served as Clinical Director at a Branemark Osseointegration center in Dubai. Now a faculty member at the Pikos Institute, he trains clinicians globally. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral Implantology.

Dr. Douglas Lee Johnson is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care with a personal touch. With advanced training from the University of Florida, Dr. Johnson specializes in a range of oral surgical treatments, including dental extractions, implant placements, and facial trauma care. He combines cutting-edge techniques with a deep commitment to patient comfort. Outside his practice, Dr. Johnson shares his expertise as a visiting professor and volunteer, continually advancing the field and giving back to the community.
