Trattoria Pasquale is a quaint little Italian restaurant located in South Tampa. Luigi Cavallaro, owner & chef, was born and raised in Bolzano, Italy. He attended culinary school at Merano, Italy. Luigi moved toTampa in 1997 when he started "Luigi's Catering". After 12 years of quality service in the Tampa Bay area he decided to open Trattoria Pasquale (named after his father). We hope you feel like family when you visit our restaurant. Buon Appetito! BIG NIGHT at Trattoria Pasqaule is an Italian dining experience like none other in Tampa. Each month, we feature a different region of Italy and highlight its food and culture by offering a region specific 7 course meal. These regional courses are described in detail once they are served and they come with "an ample side of history." BIG NIGHT is a time to experience a new and rich culture amongst new and old friends.
