I started working for my uncle, an attorney, when I was a teenager. I started helping with their client's tax returns and have been doing it since 1964.

We are a full service tax and accounting practice. We prepare personal, business and fiduciary income tax returns for our clients in all fifty U.S. States and non-resident U.S. taxpayers. We form corporations in all 50 U.S. States, Canada and all major international financial and commercial jurisdictions. Our specialty is to assist start-up businesses avoid the pitfalls of a new business. U.S. businesses entering offshore markets, and foreign businesses desiring to enter the U.S. market. Our hours are very flexible and can be available on any day and can deliver work to a client's business or home.
