Why New Freedom?Pain, discomfort, limitation, distress and/or dysfunction can rob us of our freedom and when these adverse conditions are alleviated one experiences a New Freedom. This is the experience I seek to bring to each person coming in for help. During my last 16 years of experiential learning and professional training, I have sought out the most effective ways to bring this New Freedom to the people seeking it. My ability to create this experience is continually unfolding and expanding. There are many things that can happen in life to bring about pain, discomfort, limitation, distress and/or dysfunction. Injuries, poor posture, strenuous activity, misalignments, imbalances, emotional issues and poor diet just to name a few. This multitude of culprits, create strain patterns in our bodies and these can contribute to preventing us from being strong, centered and balanced. Pretty much all of us are in some form of strain pattern and usually dont even know its there; much less how to get out of it. In these strain patterns there is an inhibition of energy flow from the brain to the nerves and from the nerves to the muscles and organs of the body. The work that is developing in my practice prioritizes and releases these strain patterns and energy blockages so people can be stronger, more conscious, more centered and balanced. It can alleviate many adverse conditions without drugs or surgical intervention.
