We are state-licensed, meeting all the requirements of the Agency for Healthcare Administration. Our operations meet state regulations and comply with Florida State Law Chapter 400, Florida Statutes 59-18 (AHCA). Additionally, we are insured and bonded. The caregivers we refer all have Level 2 Background Screenings, which include a national screening. We verify that they meet all immigration and naturalization requirements.
