We come from Modena, Italy and we make Pasta Fresca from scratch. We prepare everything homemade in an artisan way, from stuffed pasta to lasagna, from stuffed ravioli to tortellini. Even the focaccia bread and the desserts as tiramisù, cannoli, panna cotta are homemade. Chef and owner Alessandro Ricciardi cooks with passion according to his regional tradition.
