Top Notch is a Bolivian-American restaurant and sandwich shop. We made the best hand crafted salteñas (Bolivian style empanadas). All our food is fresh and made from scratch, so you will feel like you are eating in a family member home! Our other specialties are: gourmet sandwiches, craft burgers, steaks, chicken and salads.
