Horrible service - Bosch assigned this company to repair a fridge but they simply refused to do it or to tell Bosch they would not do it. Utterly unreliable and unprofessional

Truly horrible and unprofessional owner who yells at you if you ask a simple question. Chris is incredibly arrogant and beyond rude, and his markups on parts are ridiculous. Do NOT use this person!!
