Tone U - The Senior Fitness Experience

History

Mark and I got married in 2010, but not before we seized an opportunity to open our first Tone U center located in a small space in The Shoppes @ the Heather in Weeki Wachee, FL. Many people told us we were crazy for opening a business in a down economy, but we took the chance and were blessed with some of the best clients in the world. In 2011 we had outgrown our small space and moved into a larger space in the Winn Dixie plaza. Once again, our awesome clients did not let us down and in late 2012 we opened a 2nd location on Kass Circle in Spring Hill, FL. In 2013, we are moving our Winn Dixie Plaza location a few doors north into a much larger space and opening a new super center in the Winn Dixie Plaza.

Specialties

While staying active as a senior is important, it's far from easy. It's difficult to find the right regimen, but it can be even harder to find somewhere you feel at home. When we opened Tone U, we wanted to create a place that wasn't anything like your typical gym. We're focused on helping seniors break a sweat through our participation with SilverSneakers plans and low-impact fitness techniques, but we're also here to make you feel confident while doing it. That's why we've filled our space with special toning tables, compassionate instructors, and created a calendar of classes that are tailored to you. From Zumba to chair yoga, we make sure that feeling the burn is fun again. Get ready to beat the grandkids at that next game of family tag!
