Abbott Properties started with two brothers, Matt & Luke Abbott, when Matt was just 22 & Luke was only 15 years old. Since then, Abbott Properties has completed over 70 real estate deals nationwide and has over 100 full-time employees. Abbott Properties specializes in commercial real estate & multi-family apartment complexes but also works with retail, office space, hospitality, condos & creative spaces. Our team sees opportunity where others see blight & distress. We are inspired to transform neighborhoods & create community. We do everything - from acquiring property, to self-developing, self-GC & self-managing. Abbott Properties is currently focused on the revitalization of the East Crossroads of Kansas City, MO. This project currently consists of 33 buildings; housing hotels, shopping centers, office space, restaurants, bars, distilleries & a music venue. Much of the East Crossroads was in blight; our team is revitalizing the area, bring back business & life to the neighborhood.
