Energy healing, sound baths, massage therapy, skin care, detoxing scrubs and clays, 1-3 day retreats are customized just for you, and gatherings, sound ceremonies and ecstatic dance happen throughout the month. Thermae's Sauna Retreat including Finnish and Infrared saunas, Meditation Room, Garden Courtyard with outdoor sauna, shower and cold bucket pour are all included in your treatments. Add on an ice cold plunge to your experience with us. Unlimited monthly memberships are available (no contracts to sign) or you may also simply visit us for a morning or afternoon.
