The wings are small and dried out. I call em roach wings. You have to wait at least 30 minutes then some guy at the window with all gold teeth grits when you ask him about the wait. These guys...

Some of the best wings in Tallahassee, can be hard to get them, as they sell out quick, but if you're lucky enough to get them you won't be disappointed
