Found this place on Yelp who said they were open with no mention whatsoever of it being only open for hotel guests. We even called to ask if they were open because it was hard to find the entrance...

I almost don't want to post about The Well because it's our favorite little hole in the wall bar in St Augustine. Located on the Collector Inn property with the best bar staff and drinks.
