The UPS Store

I have visited this UPS Store several times to return Amazon packages and send out my packages. I must say that it is the cleanest UPS Store I have ever seen, and the staff are true professionals....

Store representatives are rude. Returning a damaged delivery box and she wanted to charge me $6.00 to put a piece of tape on a 6" tear in the box.

Went to drop off an important document that was on a time constraint for delivery. The package was lost in shipment. Escalation to a supervisor gave false promises for follow up and remediation...

This place is amazing! Right near where I live and the staff is so friendly. If you need to ship things, or get them printed, this is the place to go!
