I am disabled went to return something here a ups truck blocking the ramp that gets me to the store I couldn't get there so I had to leave. no respect for the disabled

Unfortunetly this is the worst UPS expericne I have ever delt with in all my life. They want to charge you $2 to tape a box that is being shipped abck to Amazon, and the lines are always crazy...
