Our business started in 2015 when we decided to start helping others learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. We would offer meal plans and free workout groups to our community. We realized that there was needed for a spot that people can come and hangout where they can live a healthy lifestyle, feel good about themself but also be able to make friends with other people. So we decided to create The Spot Nutrition! We welcome all ages and people to come enjoy our positive, loving, healthy community!
