The Seaboard

The Seaboard apartment community sits at the crossroads of Gainesville’s Depot Park, an easy walk to some of the finest hiking and biking trails in all of Florida. Named after the Seaboard Coast Railroad, whose tracks crisscross the neighborhood and were then re-designed to become hiking and biking trails for area residents. The Seaboard is perfectly located for those who like to experience the natural beauty and spirit of adventure that this region brings out in all of us.
