Incredible bar with history and authenticity. All drinks are made correctly, no commercial mixers here. Sparkles is the best bartender in the keys by far. The knows how to mix a drink correctly....

I wish we would've gotten this guy's name because he was a great bartender... very friendly, helpful, and knew how to mix his rum! We stopped in on a weeknight after dinner... while walking back...

250 rums available by the glass! That got me in. And tasting flights: 21 in all. The flights are 5 rums, one full ounce each! That's a lot! But in the interest of research I knew I had to do it....
