lot of hype and poor construction. Within 2 years their electricals crapped out! I had to get electricians from outside. They do not provide warranty beyond 1 year and that is one all these issues...

I visited the models and they are gorgeous the Tribeca had 3 bedrooms 2 and a half bathrooms it was so awesome!!!!!!
