History

Real Estate began as venture for me over 20 years ago. In '99 I began helping clients with all their real estate needs. I wanted to guide, educate, negotiate best terms, manage the processes on a high level, and give an unforgettable experience. I had the opportunity to do this for the next 15 years. In 2014, I joined a busy team as Head of Administration. I then needed to refer my own 15 year book of clients. I introduced past clients to agents I presumed were good, and they certainly were, but being good was not good enough. I soon realized that for my clients to receive the level of service they were used to, I needed to communicate their needs thoroughly to the agents and I needed to hold the agents accountable for certain minimum standards that my clients were accustomed to. I soon realized that detailed matching of agents to projects was not just my clients' need, it was an industry wide need. With this thought in mind, I created The Agent Headhunter by Alina Davidov, CRS
