The Pilates Studio of Key West is the largest dedicated Pilates studio in Key West. Founded in 2012, the studio is fully equipped with Peak Pilates equipment, including 5 reformers, cadillac, tower units, wound chairs and barrel apparatus. The studio is located on the Truman Avenue as you enter Key West past the palm trees of North Roosevelt and Garrison Bight Marina. The Instructors are from varied backgrounds including dance, fitness and massage, lending an all round knowledge. Specialties include Pilates for back pain, post natal Pilates, Pilates for dancers and athletes and Pilates for Scoliosis.
