The concept will focus upon the preparation and service of fresh seafood, (as opposed to frozen products). Fare will vary due to seasonality in fish availability and in the fishing industry. A steakhouse, or chophouse restaurant that specializes in steaks and chops. A more modern steakhouse approach that offers other cuts of meat such as poultry, roast prime rib, veal, etc
