Very simple, they have a business with the towing company, so you will have your car towed away if you or your guest park in the wrong spot.

Failed to mention yesterday on my review that in this community pls ensure your car is locked. Also they stole my friends catalytic converter from his vehicle not to mention tires being stolen...

Don't apply here unless you're applying with cash. This place will scam you out of your money if you use a checking account. So sad to see this place treat military families with such disrespect....

The Park at Kendall community staff delivers nothing but exceptional customer service to its residents. Living here is like living at a beautiful resort and being on vacation all year around....
