The Nature Coast Friends of Blues Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the rich history of the Blues and supporting the community through various live music events and educational initiatives. Formed in 2007, the organization continues to successfully host the annual Blues N' Bar-B-Que while providing support to local beneficiaries.
With a mission to protect the integrity of the Blues tradition, the Nature Coast Friends of Blues also showcases its commitment through museum exhibits and the Museum Cafe, fostering a vibrant appreciation for Blues music within the community. Limited but excellent menu. Genuine print museum setting surrounded by ancient, Moss-draped oaks. Lovely people. Can't ask for more.
Stop in for a Cuban sandwich and a cafe con leche. You may get to meet the owner and get a tour of the printing press museum like we did. It was a joy. They have blues concerts out back too....
