I wish I would have read reviews before scheduling an appointment. I too was treated unprofessionally by the venue. When I was able to schedule a viewing I showed up and all the gates were locked....

I'm very disappointed! I flew all the way to Florida from Las Vegas to look for venues and the old grove was one of my top choices! I called numerous times and could never get through to anyone....
