Epoch does not train their leasing agents to be respectful, friendly and courteous once you move in. I will give an example of how they treat their residents after you move In. They will walk...

BEWARE!!!! You WILL NOT get any deposit back at all! Be prepared to not get it back! They will find a small reason and say it cost $800! These people are thieves! They are very slow to respond ....
