The Gumbo Man

I been craving gumbo for a month now & the gumbo in the area just haven't been cutting it. Someone recommended The Gumbo Man to me & I been trying... like for real, I been stalking his Facebook...

I've been wanting to try this food truck and could never catch it. I finally was able to try it and it was delicious! Everything was great, food and service. The only downside is it took 2 hours ....

I feel like they could improve on the quality of the food and the service. the fries seem they bought them frozen from the store but they were seasoned well but the chicken tenders were fried...

We were not a fan, unfortunately, and the crab meat tasted as if it was imitation krab and new oil was needed. Service could improve.
