History

The Elias family has provided catering and event services for three generations. Chef Anthony Elias, and his wife Rosie are the owners of the venue, The Grand Manor, Renaissance Catering and a lunch counter on the Cape Canaveral Air Force Base called The Caribbean Grill, which Anthony's daughter Cynthia manages. They are committed to giving every event, meal, and customer interaction the attention to detail it deserves. Renaissance Catering offers uncompromising elegance and quality at very affordable prices. In addition to buffet and sit down options, every catering package include china, glassware, silverware, linens and wait staff. With over 200 possible menu combinations, Renaissance offers a wide variety of options and are always happy to accommodate special dietary needs.
