History
We started grilling and smoking at home and for small groups several years ago, and last year decided to get a trailer and go public. It took several months to get everything together but we did it and opened for business in Hernando in March of 2019.
Specialties
We are a food trailer specializing in BBQ. Our menu includes award winning pulled pork, ribs and beef brisket. We also have slow cooked chickens and our sides are sure to put a smile on your face. The sides include slaw made with our own recipe, BBQ beans, collards, corn on the cob, green beans and mac & cheese. These vary daily.

The absolute best Ribs and Brisket I have ever had. I've taste tested From Florida to California these were the most tender and delicious. It will be a must every time I go to Florida.
