HistoryFacing her own life changes, Coach Beatriz developed a program to educate, engage and empower mothers to be Mindful of their well-being in both work and family life! Three years into coaching herself through these life challenges, she was called to share it with others, and so her journey in entrepreneurship and community activism began.
