History

I started our team in 2010. My son Davis joined the team in 2012. We cut our teeth on short sales & foreclosures and were just ramping up when the Gulf Oil Spill shut down real estate sales and vacation rentals for six months. The economy of our area has turned around since then and we are averaging $20+ million in sales since 2017. Hurricane Michael gave us another opportunity to rethink real estate sales in 2018. Again, our team has buckled down and sold when it seemed the market had ground to a halt. We'll be glad to answer your questions and concerns about real estate along the Gulf Coast and the Northwest Florida corridor.
