Taylor County Tax Collector

The Leon County Tax Collector s Office collects authorized taxes and fees from people and businesses. It offers services through various departments, such as property taxes, boats and vessels and driver licenses. It is responsible for motor vehicle tag, title and registration, and issuing hunting and fishing licenses and business tax receipts to business owners. The Leon County Tax Collector s Office also issues parking permits for disabled persons and temporary disabled parking permits for up to six months. In addition, it provides a range of services that includes collection of ad valorem, non ad valorem and tourist development taxes. The office is located in Tallahassee, Fla.
