The Collier County Tax Collector s Office offers services through its departments that include property tax, motor vehicles and driver's licensing. Its areas of responsibilities include collection of tourist taxes for rentals of homes, condos and hotel rooms, and driver's license renewal, reinstatement and testing. The office offers a range of other services, such as motor vehicle tag, title and registration, and issuing hunting and fishing licenses and business tax receipts to business owners. Its motor vehicle department provides assistance with renewing registration, applying for a title, replacing a lost decal and issuing a handicapped-parking permit.
