In 1994 T.A. was started by Al. Al came from the old school of tattooing and had worked with some of the great artists that seemed to be springing up everywhere. Coney Island Freddy & Huggy Bear, were a couple of those artists. Around 2005-06 Al sold the shop to a long time customer and friend, Ben.
